Hello, I’m Lorenda Thimm!

Welcome to Pure Essence Laser Hair Removal, a fabulous little spa in downtown Humboldt. I opened these doors in December 2019. Since then, and with the support of family and friends, I’ve expanded both my services and my industry knowledge.

In my spare time, I love gardening on my family’s acreage, boating and skidooing at the cabin, reading, baking, and taking long walks. As a board member with the Humboldt Downtown BID (Business Investment Development), I’m highly invested in my community.

I am an advocate for mental health, as I have suffered with this my entire adult life. I am passionate to help break the stigma of mental health. I will attend workshops, walks, or any event that will bring awareness.
